Shipping & Return

We manufacture and sell Japanese interior products using natural ramie material.We can ship products from Japan to overseas.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package when shipping overseas. Any customs for the items are the responsibility of the customer. Shipped packages usually arrives in a week.

Return policy

Since it will be shipped from Japan, we cannot accept returns after the product has been shipped. If the item has not been shipped, it can be canceled. If the item is defective, we will re-ship the replacement item or refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
