1. Ordering Process

Ready-made Items

For ready-made items that are not custom-sized, please add your desired item to the cart and complete your purchase. Once we confirm your order, we will ship it as soon as possible. In most cases, ready-made items can be shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Since all items are shipped from Japan, delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 days after shipment.

Semi-custom Items

For semi-custom items such as plain noren with custom size options, production usually takes about 1 week after the order is placed. The item will be shipped as soon as it is completed.

Full-custom Orders

For full-custom orders such as logo noren or special sizes, a quotation is required first. Please contact us through the inquiry form before ordering. Once all specifications are confirmed, we will issue a dedicated order page URL for your order. After we confirm your order, production will begin, and the item will be shipped as soon as it is completed. Production usually takes approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and order details.

2. Payment

We accept Shopify Payments (credit card) and PayPal. Please note that all payments are accepted in USD only. Billing will be processed at the time of shipment.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Since all items are shipped from Japan, shipping costs are charged separately and must be paid by the customer. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region, package weight, and package size. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout. In many cases, international shipping fees are generally around USD 20–40, although this may vary depending on the order. Shipping within Japan is free of charge.

We use either DHL or UPS depending on the order contents and destination. The shipping carrier cannot be selected by the customer. International delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 days after shipment, but delays may occur due to customs clearance, international conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes

Please note that import duties, customs fees, and other taxes are not included in our prices. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Customs regulations and tax rates vary by country.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Because all orders are shipped from Japan, we do not accept returns for any items except defective products. Please also note that for semi-custom and full-custom items, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.

If an item is defective or incorrect, returns or exchanges are available for both ready-made items and custom-made items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us by email as soon as possible after delivery.

6. Important Notes

Many of our products are handmade using natural materials. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur from piece to piece.

Please note that noren rods are not included with noren products. We do not sell noren rods for international orders.

Tapestry rods are included as standard and will be shipped together with the tapestry.
